 I get "Access Denied" or "Page Cannot Be Displayed" when I go to the Internet.
Solution

Please try the following suggestions:

Suggestion #1:

1. Double click Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools
3. Go to Internet Options
4. Under "Home Page" change the website to http://www.algierscharterschools.org
5. Click OK

Suggestion #2:

1. Please try going to www.google.com
2. If you are unable to go to Google, please try the following:
    a. restart your computer
    b. check your network cable connection
    c. check with your staff/faculty to see if they are having problems accessing the internet.
    d. Ask your technology coordinator for assistance.

Suggestion #3

1. Clear your Internet History/Temporary Files
2. Open Internet Explorer -> Click Tools -> Click Internet Options -> Click "Delete" in the browsing history section -> Click Delete Again

Suggestion #4

1. Is your computer wireless? Try hooking a network cable to the computer. If you need assistance, ask your technology coordinator.
